These Terms are a contract between you and Langless ("Langless", "we"), the name under which the Langless translation service is operated, in Brazil. By using Langless, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Users under 18 must have authorization from a parent or guardian. For children under 12, use is only permitted with the express consent of a parent or guardian.
Langless is a real-time voice translation app. It uses third-party translation APIs of your choice (BYOK — you plug in your own key). Langless does not provide or resell that access — you are responsible for the costs of the key from the provider you choose.
We offer monthly and annual plans. All payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, which is responsible for billing, invoicing and applicable taxes. By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge you on a recurring basis.
How to cancel: you can cancel auto-renewal at any time, with no penalty, through the Paddle customer portal. The subscription management link ("Manage subscription") is included in every receipt/billing email sent by Paddle and gives access via magic link (no password) — there you can cancel and update your card. In the app, under ⓘ → Your license, there are also cancellation instructions. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for: you keep access until that date and there is no new charge. To switch plans, cancel the current one and subscribe to the new one.
A management link is included in every billing email, including the most recent ones, so you will always have a valid link. If you do not have access to any Paddle email (for example, if you changed your email), you can: (a) go to paddle.net — Paddle's buyer portal — and locate your purchase by the email or card used, to cancel, request a refund or contact support; (b) write to help@paddle.com (Paddle buyer support, our Merchant of Record); or (c) contact us at sales@langless.com and we will cancel for you. Under no circumstances are you prevented from canceling.
As an authorized reseller (Merchant of Record), Paddle is the selling party in the payment transaction. As such, your purchase is also subject to the Paddle Buyer Terms and the Paddle Privacy Policy. Any statutory consumer rights — such as the 14-day right of withdrawal in the EU/EEA/UK — are honored by Paddle, in accordance with the Buyer Terms above.
The refund policy is at langless.com/refund. Refunds within the guarantee period are processed directly by Paddle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Any refunds follow the refund policy and are processed by Paddle.
Langless and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may use the service for personal and professional purposes, but you may not copy, modify or redistribute the application.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, nor that AI-generated translations will be accurate in all contexts. For critical communications, always confirm with a qualified professional.
To the maximum extent permitted by Brazilian law, Langless is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access in the event of a breach of these Terms. Refunds follow the refund policy and are processed by Paddle.
We may change these Terms. For material changes, we will give at least 14 days' notice by email or a notice on the site. Continued use after that period constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the user's domicile are designated to resolve any disputes, in accordance with the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code. For users in the European Union, the consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
