Langless is a real-time voice translation app. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it and what your rights are.

ll_click, up to 28 days) holding the ad click identifier (e.g. Reddit's rdt_cid or Google's gclid), used for one purpose only: attributing a later subscription to the campaign that brought you, and never shared with any network other than that one. You can decline and still use the app and subscribe.langless.com marketing site (not in the app), the LinkedIn Insight Tag and the OpenAI advertising pixel measure page audience and campaign effectiveness (the OpenAI pixel here is unrelated to the translation processing in the first item above). When a subscription or free trial starts in the app, Reddit and Google Ads additionally receive that event together with the transaction identifier, so the same event is not counted twice. If you arrived from an ad, the click identifier stored in the ll_click cookie above may be forwarded to the network that brought you — only to that one, never all of them — so the campaign can match the conversion. No name, e-mail or audio is ever sent. See the Reddit, LinkedIn and OpenAI privacy policies.The providers above may process data outside Brazil. This is done with the safeguards required by the LGPD and, where applicable, the GDPR (for users in the European Union).

Langless is open to all ages. For children under 12, use requires the express consent of a parent or guardian, in accordance with Art. 14 of the LGPD. By using the service with a child under 12, the parent or guardian agrees to this policy on the child's behalf.
We adopt reasonable technical measures: encrypted communication in transit (HTTPS/TLS), a content security policy (CSP) and usage limits. Because translation happens in the cloud, your audio is processed by the AI provider you choose. To reach that provider, it travels through our server in transit (not recorded); this is not end-to-end encryption, and we do not store your audio. Your API key is stored only on your device — never share it publicly.
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email or a notice on the site at least 14 days in advance.
